1. Returns Policy

1.1 Return Window and Eligibility
  • 14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (including any tags, manuals, and accessories).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@thenonet.com or call +1 925-505-7958. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Follow Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship Promptly: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged, and the defect or damage is determined to be our responsibility:

  • Beflo/Nonet will cover shipping fees for the return or replacement.
  • If you originally selected and paid for White Glove Service, we will arrange the replacement through the same service at no extra cost. Otherwise, the replacement ships via standard courier (e.g., FedEx). You may upgrade to White Glove Service for an additional fee.

Damages at Delivery: Inspect your order upon receipt. If items are damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.4 Returns for Personal Reasons

If you are unsatisfied with your product for personal reasons (e.g., it does not meet your expectations):

  • You will be responsible for all shipping fees, including the original shipping fee and return shipping costs.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued as store credits equivalent to the dollar amount spent on the order.
1.5 Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Aroma diffusers
  • Gift cards
  • Items sold on clearance or as on-sale items
1.6 Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original product following the steps above. After the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

1.7 European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

1.8 Refund Processing

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credits.

The refund process typically takes up to 15 business days after approval.

1.9 Price Matching

We do not offer price matching for holiday promotions, seasonal discounts, or limited-time sales.

2. Warranty Policy

We are confident in the quality of our products. The following outlines the specific warranty coverage for various product categories:

2.1 Desks and Cabinets
  • Warranty Period: Up to 15 years limited warranty.
  • Electronic Components (motherboards, touch screens) included with desks or cabinets have a 3-year limited warranty.
  • Motors for Adjustable Desks: 5 years or 20,000 cycles of normal use (whichever comes first).
  • Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Exclusions:
    - Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
    - Products placed outdoors or in humid environments (unless otherwise stated).
    - Damage from misuse, abuse, misassembly, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
2.2 Accessories
  • Warranty Period: 3 years limited warranty for products listed as accessories on our website.
  • Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Exclusions:
    - Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
    - Products placed outdoors or in hot/humid environments (unless otherwise stated).
    - Misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
2.3 Office Chairs
  • Warranty Period: 3 years limited warranty.
  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship on the structural frame and moving parts (casters, gas cylinder, mechanism, armrest, and backrest adjustment mechanism).
  • Exclusions:
    - Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
    - Products placed outdoors or in humid environments.
    - Misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
2.4 Warranty Exclusions (General)
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Products used for non-residential purposes (unless otherwise stated).
  • Naturally occurring cracks in wood desktops that do not impair function.
2.5 Filing a Warranty Claim
  1. Contact Us: Email contact@thenonet.com with your original proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Assessment: Beflo/Nonet will evaluate if the defect is covered. If covered, we may choose to repair or replace the product with the same or comparable item.
  3. Costs: For eligible claims, we cover costs of repairs, spare parts, labor, and travel for our repair staff, provided that the product is accessible and no additional costs are incurred to gain access.
  4. Ownership: Any defective parts removed during repairs become the property of Beflo/Nonet.

3. Return and Replacement Requirements

Original Packaging: All returns and replacements must include original packaging to ensure safe transportation.

Condition: Beflo/Nonet reserves the right to deny returns or replacements if products arrive in unacceptable condition.

4. Additional Terms

4.1 Limitation of Liability
  • Beflo/Nonet’s liability is limited solely to the cost of the defective product and applicable shipping fees as outlined in this policy.
  • We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use. (Note: Certain states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.)
4.2 Policy Updates
  • Beflo/Nonet reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
